Class Policies

  • Cancellation Policy: Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled at least two hours in advance. If the teacher cancels a class, it will also be rescheduled at the student’s earliest convenience.

  • What you need for class: Please have a pencil, a notebook, and a device with a stable internet connection. All lessons are conducted via Zoom.

  • Required Level: No previous knowledge is required if you are starting from the basic level. All levels are welcome

Logistics & Materials

  • How do I join the lesson? We will use the same link for every class. I will share this link with you when we start our sessions, and it will also be automatically included in your calendar invitations.

  • Are materials included? Yes! I provide all digital workbooks, PDFs, and interactive exercises used during our lessons.

  • Can I book a trial lesson? Absolutely. You can book a 30-minute introductory session to discuss your goals and test your level.

Payments

  • How can I pay for my lessons? Payments are processed securely via Stripe and Wise.

  • Details: Both platforms allow you to pay easily using your credit/debit card or via bank transfer, ensuring your transaction is safe and fast.

What happens if I'm late?
  • The class will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next student’s slot. Please note there is a 15-minute grace period; if the student does not join within those 15 minutes, the session will be considered completed and finalized.
